*NOTICE OF CLARIFICATION
We, TindakMalaysia, no longer hold the view that 15 seats allocated to Singapore were absorbed by Peninsular Malaysia (as stated in the above document). With expulsion of Singapore, those 15 seats were completely removed and new Parliament Size from 1965 to 1973 was 144. There is no obligation for those 15 seats to be redistributed to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. As matter of fact, the expulsion of Singapore have increased the share of seats of Sabah and Sarawak in Dewan Rakyat (which means the Federation of Malaysia has honoured the constitutional requirement of not reducing share of seats of Sabah and Sarawak until August 1970)
